Dr. Kirsten Phillips went to Kansas State University for her undergraduate degree. She graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor’s in Animal Science: Pre-veterinary focus with an additional Equine Certificate. She attended the Royal Veterinary College in London, UK for veterinary school, and graduated in 2018. 

Dr. Phillips moved around a lot as a child, and Michigan is the 6th state she has lived in. After graduating veterinary school Dr. Phillips worked exclusively with horses in central California. She moved back to Michigan to be closer to family. She enjoys spending time with her family, and her tripod rescue pittie mix named Callie. In her spare time, she enjoys going to pub trivia, taking care of her plants and travelling. 

Dr. Phillips loves working at AVC because of the amazing team that is here and the incredibly dedicated clients! She loves to help and find solutions that work for both her patients and clients.
